West Sussex County Council is seeking Recruitment Co-ordinators to join the Resourcing team at County Hall, Chichester. You will support recruitment and onboarding activities for a specific service area, collaborating with Recruitment Specialists to fill key roles.
This role offers a hybrid working pattern, regular stakeholder contact, and the chance to learn and develop within a supportive team environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Salary:£26,403 to £26,824per annum
Contract Type:Fixed term or Secondment opportunity (7 months)
Working Pattern:Full time – 37 hours per week
Location:County Hall, Chichester (Hybrid working available)

As a Recruitment Co-ordinator you will work in a dedicated team to support the recruitment and onboarding activities for a specific service area (Adults, Children’s, Central) You will work alongsideour Recruitment Specialists recruiting to our key roles and will support candidates and hiring teams with questions and support with the onboarding for relevant recruitment campaigns.
You will interact directly with both internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure they have a great journey through the recruitment process. You will help ensure regular touch points throughout the process and will make a difference to someone’s first steps into the organisation. You will be working to tight deadlines sometimes and will need to be able to think independently but you will be joining a supportive and fun team, and you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills.
