Job summary

Skillsbay Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Systems/Finance Transformation professional to lead key workstreams in a major transformation. You will drive reporting, data readiness and migration, CoA mapping, process design, system implementation and go-live readiness, coordinating with Finance, business stakeholders and external partners.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Systems / Finance Transformation professional to lead key workstreams within a major financial systems transformation.

The role will have responsibility across both subsidiary implementation and financial consolidation/FCCS, working between Finance, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.

Key experience:

• Financial systems implementation / finance transformation
• Strong financial consolidation and group reporting knowledge
• Experience leading workstreams within large transformation programmes
• Chart of Accounts, data migration and process redesign
• Experience working with subsidiary/group structures
• Statutory, regulatory and management reporting
• Oracle Fusion Financials and/or FCCS experience highly desirable
• Experience working with external implementation partners
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate across Finance and systems teams
• Accountancy qualification advantageous

You will lead requirements and delivery across the workstreams, including reporting, data readiness and migration, CoA mapping, process design, system implementation and go-live readiness.

This would suit someone with a strong finance background who has moved into financial systems/transformation, rather than a purely technical Oracle specialist.
