Job summary

Skillsbay Ltd seek an experienced Financial Systems/Finance Transformation professional to lead key workstreams in a major finance transformation project. You will bridge Finance, business stakeholders and external partners to deliver reporting, data readiness, migration and go-live readiness across subsidiary and consolidation workstreams.

With a strong finance background and experience moving into systems transformation (Oracle Fusion Financials and/or FCCS highly desirable), you will drive

Qualifications

This role requires strong finance background with experience in financial systems transformation.
Experience leading workstreams within large transformation programmes.
Knowledge of CoA mapping, data migration and process redesign.
Experience working with subsidiary/group structures.
Statutory, regulatory and management reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

This role will lead requirements and delivery across multiple workstreams, including reporting and data readiness.
Oversee data migration, CoA mapping, and process design during system implementation.
Coordinate go-live readiness and liaison with external implementation partners.
