Job summary

Landsec is looking for a Workplace Manager on a fixed-term contract in London to deliver a premium workspace experience across flagship assets. You will ensure spaces are clean, healthy, safe and secure while leading by example in customer service excellence.

You will manage service partners (Cleaning, Security, MEBF) and own the circa £5m service charge budget. Collaboration with Portfolio, Finance, HSE and HR is essential to drive innovation, sustainability and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, proactive workspace experience to customers.
• Lead by example, maintaining professional, focused service.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and exceed expectations.
• Own the non-recoverable P&L for each asset and manage a £5m service charge.
• Partner with Portfolio, Finance, Security, Health & Safety, HR teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and new revenue streams.
• Oversee service partners to ensure SLAs are met and reviewed.
• Shape workspace strategies and ensure spaces support customer objectives.
