Job summary

ARX is seeking a Workshop and Warehouse Supervisor to own the day-to-day management of the Central London workshop and warehouse. You will implement systems to keep facilities safe, clean, and efficient, while working with Technical and Mission Operations to enable rapid growth in the UK.

You will handle logistics, maintenance, and readiness of robotics equipment for mission deployments, with hands-on duties including forklift operation and equipment preparation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in industrial/logistics or military environments.
• Ability to create, implement and maintain systems and safe working procedures.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
• Experience in inventory control and stores management.
• Hands-on with forklifts and power tools.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive company vehicles.
• Profi­ciency with general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage the workshop and warehouse to support mission deployments.
• Implement and maintain safe, efficient systems and processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock segregation.
• Prepare and service equipment for deployments (charging, packaging, loading, cleaning).
• Coordinate domestic deliveries and manage logistics documents (delivery notes, Carnets).
• Move goods between ARX facilities using fleet vehicles.
• Oversee estate management and security of facilities.
