Job summary

ARX is seeking a Workshop and Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Central London workshop and warehouse, ensuring safe, organized, and efficient operations. You will collaborate with Technical and Mission Operations to deliver high-performance workspaces supporting rapid UK growth.

This hands-on role spans logistics, maintenance, and inventory, requiring a proactive, meticulous, and adaptable candidate comfortable with robotics and field deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in logistics, workshops, or similar operational environments.
• Ability to create and maintain systems, processes, or safe work methods.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and workplace compliance.
• Experience with inventory control and stores management in a demanding setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop and warehouse.
• Maintain safety, orderliness and readiness of equipment and stock.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics documentation with partners.
• Operate machinery and manage readiness of robots, kits, and equipment.
