Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate a team of experienced service engineers in a busy workshop in Cirencester. You will oversee day-to-day workshop operations and ensure high standards of efficiency and customer service.

Applicants should have agricultural engineering experience with leadership or prior service-management in agriculture or related sectors, plus strong people management, organisation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Agricultural engineering experience with leadership potential, or previous Service Manager experience within agriculture, plant, waste management or a main dealership environment.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, seasonal industry.

The Role

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with additional hours during seasonal peaks as required.

What We\'re Looking For

Agricultural engineering experience with leadership potential, or previous Service Manager experience within agriculture, plant, waste management or a main dealership environment.

Strong people management and communication skills.

Organised, self-motivated and customer-focused.

Able to perform in a fast-paced, seasonal industry.
