Job summary

Euro Projects Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Workshop Coordinator / Service Coordinator in Milton Keynes to help organise the workshop, schedule servicing and coordinate technicians.

You will work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure customer deadlines are met and service levels remain high. The role suits someone with experience in workshop coordination or service scheduling, strong organisational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving workshop productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in workshop coordination or service scheduling.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple jobs.
• Confident communication with technicians, customers and management.
• Good administration skills including quotations, invoicing and work orders.
• Experience using computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workshop activities and support the Workshop Manager.
• Schedule servicing, maintenance and repair work.
• Coordinate technician workloads and monitor progress.
• Manage workshop bookings and prioritise jobs by deadlines.
• Liaise with customers regarding bookings, quotations and completion dates.
• Prepare customer quotations, process invoices and maintain records.
• Coordinate with parts to ensure availability and minimise delays.
• Support productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
