Lead ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, optimise production plans, and collaborate with technical, planning, purchasing and quality teams to sustain high performance, quality and safety. You’ll monitor productivity, coach staff, and embed lean initiatives to maximise efficiency,

• Proven experience in workshop/production leadership.
• Strong background in manufacturing and production management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Develop production plans to maximise efficiency, capacity and delivery performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop workshop and production teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Monitor productivity, workflow and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Analyse production data and provide performance updates to senior management.
• Promote a strong culture of Health & Safety throughout the business.
