Prime Appointments Ltd in Sudbury, Suffolk, seeks an experienced Workshop Manager to lead manufacturing operations. You’ll drive performance, develop teams and support growth in a hands‑on, 4‑day‑week environment.

Lead ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, optimise production plans, and collaborate with technical, planning, purchasing and quality teams to sustain high performance, quality and safety. You’ll monitor productivity, coach staff, and embed lean initiatives to maximise efficiency,

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a growing business in Sudbury, Suffolk!
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader to join a forward-thinking business where you'll play a key role in driving operational performance, developing teams, and supporting future growth.
Monday to Thursday (4-Day Week) + Competitive Salary + Benefits!!!
You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the workshop, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently achieved.
Working closely with technical, planning, purchasing, and quality teams, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a positive and high-performing culture across the manufacturing operation.
