You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop production plans, monitor performance, and ensure delivery targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.

Strong leadership and collaboration with suppliers and customers are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day workshop and production operations to meet production targets.
• Lead supplier and customer interactions as the main operations contact.
• Develop and implement production plans to optimise capacity and delivery.
• Monitor workflow and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership and develop workforce skills.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance and support audits.
