Job summary

Activate Accident Repair in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Manager / Workshop Controller to support the Bodyshop Manager, oversee workflow, meet SLAs and KPIs, and maximise profitability.

You will ensure service and repairs are carried out to high standards, manage resources, health and safety, and communicate across teams; 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturdays as required, at AAR Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experience in workshop management and KPI monitoring.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in workshop environments.
• Ability to plan resources and budgets for a busy bodyshop.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning resource and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
• Establish and maintain control of workflow within the Bodyshop to meet targets and deadlines.
• Review site KPI performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage customer complaints from initial contact through to resolution and root cause analysis.
