Job summary

Activate Group is seeking a Bodyshop Manager for the Hampton site to oversee all aspects of the Bodyshop and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while maximising profitability. The role focuses on effective capacity planning, production coordination, and driving high standards of customer service across the site.

You will lead recruitment, manage performance reviews, and promote engagement with our teams. 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at AAR Hampton.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accident Repair and Bodyshop operations.
• Experience in a management role with coaching leadership.
• Strong numeracy and financial resource control skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
• Maintain workflow within the Bodyshop to meet targets and deadlines.
• Oversee daily production coordination and KPI review to identify shortfalls.
• Lead recruitment activities with the People team and support apprentices.
• Address customer complaints from initial contact to resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and audits are actioned.
