Qualifications

• Essential: previous experience in Motor Trade, in the Workshop or Senior Technician background.
• Excellent communication skills and a full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assign work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
• Plan incoming work and manage the time and resource of your team.
• Allocate a team of Technicians to tasks to maximise productivity and meet deadlines.
