Job summary

NEOS Engineering in West Bromwich is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a busy hydraulics and engineering workshop. You will manage daily operations, plan workloads, and drive productivity while developing a team of skilled engineers. The role offers a stable, growing business and clear career progression.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge, a track record in heavy plant or similar machinery, and proven leadership and organisation skills. Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Service Supervisor or Engineering Supervisor.
• Background in heavy plant, construction equipment, plant hire, material handling, powered access, agricultural or industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Manager, Service Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor or Senior Plant Fitter looking to lead a busy workshop and develop a team of skilled engineers.
