NEOS Engineering in West Bromwich is recruiting an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a busy hydraulics-focused workshop and develop a team of skilled engineers.

You will manage day-to-day workshop operations, allocate workloads, support engineers, uphold high health and safety standards and ensure servicing, repairs and inspections are completed efficiently. This role offers stability and opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role.
• Background in heavy plant or industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.

NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to join a leading hydraulics attachment business in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Manager, Service Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor or Senior Plant Fitter looking to lead a busy workshop and develop a team of skilled engineers.

You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day workshop operation, allocating work, supporting engineers, maintaining high health & safety standards, and ensuring servicing, repairs and inspections are completed efficiently.

The Role

About You
