Job summary

NEOS Engineering in West Bromwich is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a busy workshop and develop a team of skilled engineers. You will oversee day-to-day operations, allocate work, support engineers, and ensure servicing, repairs and inspections are completed efficiently.

The role requires strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge, excellent leadership, and the ability to maintain high H&S standards while driving productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience as Workshop Manager or similar supervisory role in heavy equipment environments.
• Background in heavy plant, construction equipment, plant hire, material handling, powered access, agricultural or industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to join a leading hydraulics attachment business in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Manager, Service Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor or Senior Plant Fitter looking to lead a busy workshop and develop a team of skilled engineers.

You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day workshop operation, allocating work, supporting engineers, maintaining high health & safety standards, and ensuring servicing, repairs and inspections are completed efficiently.

The Role
