Workshop Manager

Due to an internal restructure within our Engineering Department, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Workshop Manager at our Perth Depot.

As Workshop Manager, you’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves for a rewarding role that not only helps people get from A to B but also helps communities stay connected.

With a fleet of around 102 vehicles operating across East Scotland, you will be responsible for supporting, advising, and managing a team of engineers and support staff to ensure our buses are clean, safe, and reliable daily.

The successful candidate will have appropriate engineering qualifications, excellent diagnostic skills, relevant experience in a workshop supervisory role, and knowledge of PCV operations.

The role requires someone energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of motivating staff to meet targets and high standards for bus maintenance and cleaning, as well as liaising with colleagues in the Operations Department to ensure PVR is maintained at all times.
