Workshop Manager (HGV / LGV / PSV / PCV)

£44,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent Company Benefits

Carnoustie (Commutable from: Arbroath, Dundee, Perth, Aberdeen, Montrose, etc)

Are you a Workshop Manager looking for the next step of your career into an exciting role that will offer you specialist training and technical progression?

Do you have experience in managing a team in a workshop environment in the service & maintenance of PSV's / PCV'S and want to work for a leading UK company who offer a great salary & benefits package?

This fantastic company are one of the biggest in their field and over the years have developed a great reputation for looking after their staff by offering ongoing professional and technical development & by actively promoting internal progression through the ranks into the senior level roles within the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, advising, and managing a team of engineers and support staff to ensure a fleet of buses are clean, safe and reliable on the road each day.

The Role:

  • Managing a team of Engineers in the workshop
  • Motivating staff to meet targets and delivering high standards in the maintenance and cleaning of our buses
  • Working with Operations Departments to ensure PVR is met at all times


The Person:

  • Previous Experience as a Workshop Manager
  • Excellent diagnostic skills & knowledge of PCV operations
  • Looking for a long-term career with technical progression
  • Looking for full specialist training
