• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role.
• Ability to manage and enhance workshop efficiency and profitability.

Salary: £42,000 basic + Bonus + Company Car/Allowance

As a Workshop Manager, you will support our customers in delivering their business promises by ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and promptly. You will be responsible for the workshop's daily performance, developing a results-focused team that adheres to high technical and quality standards, driving innovation, reducing vehicle downtime, and fulfilling our service commitments.
