Job Description:

Our client based in Corby is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

As Workshop Manager, you will oversee a team of welders and fabricators, managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop. Your responsibilities include allocating workloads, supporting departmental issues, overseeing health & safety, and training your team.

To qualify, you must have experience in steel fabrication and managing a team within a workshop environment.

In return, our client offers a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, 23 days of paid annual leave (which increases with service) plus statutory holidays, auto-enrollment pension after three months, private healthcare after six months, and on-site parking.
