Halfords is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead a skilled team of technicians and deliver exceptional technical solutions while ensuring outstanding customer service. You will coordinate workshop operations, allocate work based on skill and demand, and drive performance across the team.

This role emphasizes mentoring, adherence to health and safety standards, and promoting Halfords values as the business grows in motoring services and electric mobility.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Strong track record of meeting targets and building relationships.
• Experience with compliance standards and in-house systems.
• Valid driving license.
