Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead a team of engineers in a busy PSV/HGV workshop, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the bus fleet. You will oversee diagnostics, supervise daily operations, and collaborate with Operations to keep PVR targets met while delivering niche, specialist training and clear career progression.

This position would suit a Workshop Manager with experience working on PSVs / HGVs / LGVs or ex forces candodates from a similar HGV background looking to progress their career in a role that will offer you niche and specialist training alongside extensive career progression.
