Commutable from Arbroath and nearby towns, you will lead a team in service and maintenance of PSV/HGV fleets to ensure safety and reliability on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a workshop team in service and maintenance.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge of PCV operations.
• Seeking long-term career with technical progression and training.
• Willing to undergo full specialist training.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers in the workshop.
• Motivate staff to meet targets and maintain buses to high standards.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure performance targets are met.
