Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting a Workshop Manager to lead a PSV/HGV workshop in Carnoustie, Scotland. You will manage engineers and support staff to keep buses clean, safe, and reliable on the road each day, with commutable options from Arbroath and surrounding towns.

The role offers a £50,000 base salary, Monday to Friday hours, and clear progression with extensive training and excellent company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workshop Manager in PSV/HGV environment.
• Strong diagnostic skills and PCV operations knowledge.
• Long-term career with specialist training and progression.
• Willing to work Mon–Fri in a busy workshop setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of workshop engineers and support staff.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and reliability for on-road fleets.
• Coordinate with operations to meet service targets and performance metrics.
