Venatu Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Workshop Technician for a busy Buckinghamshire workshop specializing in heavy plant and crane equipment. You'll service and repair mobile cranes and supporting refurbishments, working in a hands-on role within a skilled team.

Hours are 40 per week with enhanced overtime, and a benefits package including 33 days leave, Bupa health cover, Westfield Health and a contributory pension. A proactive, safety-minded approach is essential.

Formación

• Background in plant, HGV, or PSV maintenance.
• Mobile crane experience is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out servicing and repairs to mobile cranes on both a commercial and warranty basis.
• Support the refurbishment of plant and crane equipment within a busy commercial workshop.
• Liaise with customers to agree required works, action points, and expected timeframes.
• Work closely with suppliers to order parts and maintain a strong and accurate parts inventory.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure all tasks are completed in priority order and to high standards.
