Job summary

Venatu Consulting Ltd in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Workshop Technician with experience in plant, HGV, PSV or mobile crane maintenance to join a busy, well-equipped workshop. You will service, repair and refurbish a wide range of plant and crane equipment, supporting customer refurbishments and carrying out high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Background in plant, HGV, or PSV maintenance.
• Mobile crane experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs to mobile cranes on both a commercial and warranty basis.
• Support the refurbishment of plant and crane equipment within a busy commercial workshop.
• Liaise with customers to agree required works, action points, and expected timeframes.
• Work closely with suppliers to order parts and maintain a strong and accurate parts inventory.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure all tasks are completed in priority order and to high standards.

About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Workshop Technician on behalf of a respected commercial workshop in Buckinghamshire. This Workshop Technician position is ideal for someone with experience in plant, HGV, PSV, or mobile crane maintenance who is seeking a stable, workshop-based role with strong long-term prospects. As a Workshop Technician, you’ll work on a wide range of plant and crane equipment, supporting refurbishments and carrying out high-quality repairs and servicing.
