Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Engineering company, in their search for a Workshop Engineer based in the Dudley area.
Benefits for the successful Workshop Engineer:
  • Competitive salary up to £31,000
  • 40 hours per week - 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Permanent position
  • Overtime opportunities
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Role – Workshop Engineer:
  1. Perform hydraulics-based work
  2. Maintain, service, and repair load-handling equipment, including truck-mounted forklifts (TMF), cranes, forestry, and recycling cranes, as well as demountable and skip loaders
  3. Complete necessary paperwork
  4. Investigate issues that may arise
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge of plants such as forklifts is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and effectively solve problems
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
