Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd is seeking a Workshop Controller / Quality Controller to oversee the repair process in our busy bodyshop. You will manage daily workshop workflow, monitor vehicle progress, and ensure repairs adhere to manufacturer methods and quality standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of accident repair processes, ADAS diagnostics and BS10125. You will work closely with estimators, technicians and management to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the accident repair / bodyshop industry.
• Experience as Workshop Controller, Quality Controller or similar.
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair technologies including ADAS and calibration.
• Familiarity with BS 10125:2022 quality-control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop workflow and vehicle repair progress.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer methods and quality standards.
• Carry out quality-control checks at all stages and sign off handovers.
• Collaborate with estimators, technicians and parts department to optimise processes.
• Maintain repair documentation and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
