Qualifications

• Experience as a quality controller or workshop controller in a bodyshop.
• Strong knowledge of structural, panel and cosmetic repair processes.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed quality control inspections at key stages of the repair process and final sign-off.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications, BS1 standards, insurer requirements and internal quality benchmarks.
• Identify defects and process failures and ensure corrective action before vehicle release.
• Support daily workshop operations to meet productivity, efficiency and quality targets.
• Assist with workflow planning, job allocation and progress monitoring for timely repairs.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians on repair quality and methods.
