Volvo Group is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead day-to-day workshop operations within our Volvo Truck & Bus team in the UK. You will coordinate technicians, monitor workflows, and ensure high-quality, safe repairs while delivering outstanding customer service.
The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A full driving licence is preferred; HGV experience is advantageous but not essential.
Salary up to £55k (dependent upon experience) + bonus + healthcare!
Working Monday to Friday/0800hrs to 1630hrs = 40hrs per week with some flexibility required
