Job summary

Lithia UK in Leeds (Bodyshop) is seeking a Workshop Controller to join our growing team. You will influence service delivery, work closely with Service Reception and Parts Teams, and ensure paperwork and processes are completed to standard.

We offer a competitive package including £31,200 basic with £39,200 OTE, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, life assurance, and exclusive employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.
• Excellent understanding of systems and processes in this environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Confident with dealing with people at all levels and building rapport.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Able to negotiate and influence situations.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain progress information against job allocation and ensure paperwork is completed to standard.
• Assist and advise team members on technical and job-related problems.
• Coach workshop apprentices as required.
• Ensure the customer comes first.
