Hawk Hiring in Beckenham is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead a busy 11‑person garage team. You will direct daily workshop operations, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality repairs across Petrol, Diesel, Hybrid, and EV models.

The role emphasizes hands‑on diagnostic support, clear communication with service advisors, and a customer‑first mindset in a supportive, modern environment with ongoing EV and technical training.

• Leading, delegating, and managing daily workshop operations and workflow for a busy 11‑person team.

• Overseeing quality control across MOT repairs, clutches, gearboxes, timing belts, and wheel alignments across Petrol, Diesel, Hybrid, and EV models.
• Acting as a key technical bridge between workshop technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth operations and timely job completion.

• Salary: £40,000 per annum


• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm | Alternate Saturdays 8:00am – 12:30pm (1 in 2 rotation)
