About the role:

- Allocate work to Technicians, ensuring work standards and time scales are achieved.
- Liaise with Service Advisors when repairs may take longer than expected, keeping customers informed.
- Ensure all work is completed within the allocated time to maintain high productivity.
- Report and seek advice on any issues during work to overcome them, and inform customers of delays.
