Working hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00, and alternate Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00.
Salary: Up to £38,000 OTE (including a basic salary of up to £32,000 plus bonus).
We have an exciting opportunity available in Chester at our multi-site Kia and Vauxhall dealerships. We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our dynamic team in our impressive facility. This role is ideal for a talented and enthusiastic individual looking to advance their career with renowned brands.
As a Workshop Controller, you will supervise and motivate our team of Technicians and Apprentices, proactively review and prioritize daily workloads, and ensure smooth workshop operations. You will be a key member of our Aftersales Department, reporting to the Aftersales Manager, Adam, who will provide ongoing support and brand-specific training to help you progress within the industry.
Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring technicians meet their targets, assisting the Service Manager in delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality checks.
