Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group in Sheffield is hiring a Workshop Controller to lead our Aftersales team. You will oversee Technicians, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality service with a right-first-time mindset. If you’re an experienced supervisor or a senior technician ready to step up, you could be the right fit.

What Will You Be Doing?

Responsibilities of the role include;

• Overseeing the team of Technicians; organising Technicians’ workloads & daily Workshop tasks.
• Actively promoting productivity and high standards of quality of work.
• Liaising with customers
• Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements.
• Ensuring set deadlines are met.
• Effectively communicating with other dealership departments
• Complying with company and Brand standards
• Being accurate and precise with all administration.
• To work in a manner that maximises departmental profits.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:00
