Join Our Client's Team as an Automotive Workshop Controller!

Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Do you have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills? Our Main/Franchise Dealer client is looking for a Workshop Controller to join their growing team at a franchise car dealership.

As an Automotive Workshop Controller, you will oversee the smooth operation of the service department, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, and customers to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

• Manage daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Allocate and prioritise jobs for Vehicle Technicians.

• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and additional services.
• Ensure workshop processes comply with franchise standards and safety regulations.
• Oversee stock levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
• Monitor workshop performance and identify areas for improvement.
