Job summary

TrustFord in Alperton is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee the workshop team and the flow of vehicles, ensuring productivity and a high level of service quality on-site.

You will report into the Aftersales Manager, motivate technicians, track progress and liaise with Service Reception to maintain customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• On-site working with full-time hours.
• Permanent contract.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join us. Reporting into the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. You'll motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met as well as ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of service is being delivered. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception thereby maintaining customer satisfaction.
