Donnelly Group is seeking a proactive Workshop Controller to lead a busy workshop in Northern Ireland. You will coordinate Technicians, allocate jobs to maximise productivity, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
You will monitor repairs, assist Service Advisors with costs and timings, and ensure vehicles pass the eVHC process while maintaining health and safety standards. A Master Technician level qualification and driving licence are essential.

As Workshop Controller you will coordinate and support a team of Technicians, ensuring work is allocated effectively and completed to a high standard within agreed timescales.
You will play a key role in maximising workshop productivity and efficiency while maintaining excellent standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will also continually review workshop processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Ideally fully qualified to Master Technician level and have experience in a supervisory/managerial role
Must have at least 3 - 4 years experience, ideally within a franchised workshop
Must possess experience in electrical repairs and the use of diagnostic equipment
A full driving licence is essential
