Job summary

TrustFord in Belfast is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead the workshop team and manage daily operations on-site. You will supervise technicians, monitor productivity, and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and diagnostics, with prior experience in a Workshop Controller or similar position. Competitive salary and employee benefits are provided with a comprehensive induction program.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join us. Reporting into the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. You'll motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met as well as ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of service is being delivered. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception thereby maintaining customer satisfaction.
