About the role:

- Allocate work to Technicians, ensuring work standards and time scales are achieved.

- Liaise with Service Advisors if repairs are expected to take longer than initially estimated, keeping the customer informed.

- Ensure all work is completed within the allocated time to maintain high productivity.

- Report and seek advice on any issues during work to overcome problems and keep customers updated in case of delays.
