We are in search of a Bodyshop Workshop Controller to join our client’s Accident Repair Bodyshop in the Basingstoke area. Our client is part of a large network of bodyshops across the South. They are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their team, working alongside a group with a great reputation and excellent in-house opportunities to progress your career.

Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Workshop Controller:

• Up To £40,000 Salary / £50,000 OTE
• 45 Hour Week Monday - Friday
• 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Previous MET, Panel, Paint Background Required - Take A Step Up!

Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Workshop Controller:

• Controlling a team of Bodyshop productives including workflow, allocation, etc.
• Managing customer expectations both onsite and by telephone
• Checking vehicles onto site, allocating and checking out loan vehicles, entering work onto the system
• Workshop loading, maintaining/printing job cards
• Managing progress of all jobs
• Liaising with customers during work progression

• Full and Clean Driving Licence
