Job summary

Chassis Cab in the United Kingdom is seeking a Workshop Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day activities, drive productivity and exceed customer satisfaction. The role requires ensuring compliance, planning workshops, and coordinating logistics.

You will support Admin and Warranty teams, uphold health and safety standards, and assist the Service Manager to achieve KPIs within a family-run business backed by strong training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compliance.
• Automotive industry background preferred, but not essential.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy Workshop.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business activities to maintain high productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with internal and franchise requirements.
• Assist with workshop planning.
• Maintain administration to a very high standard.
• Coordinate logistics for the workshop.
• Support Service Admin and Warranty departments as required.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and a safe workshop.
• Assist Service Manager to meet KPIs and dealer requirements.
