Anglian Water Group Ltd. in the Haverhill area is recruiting a Works Technician - Process Controller. This full-time role operates in a 24/7 environment, with typical hours 08:00–16:00, and includes standby and occasional weekend work with pay rates.
You will maintain and service Water Recycling treatment processes to meet regulatory requirements and ensure reliable operation. You will handle assets such as pumps, screens, valves; participate in preventative maintenance, and monitor process
Salary – Starting at £31,756 with progression opportunities up to £42,873 Basic + standby & overtime payments All tools, PPE, Business use of company van provided

Our processes operate 24/7, whilst the working hours for this role are generally Monday – Friday, 08.00 - 16.00, we can offer flexibility on the start and finishing times. Please note there is a requirement for standby and occasional weekend working which come with their own pay rates.
Water Recycling is at the heart of our operations. The key services that we are responsible for are delivered by our in-house, highly skilled workforce. We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centers.
The Works Technician Process Controller has a responsibility to ensure that our Water Recycling treatment processes and systems are serviced and maintained within the relevant regulatory compliance – you’ll do this by:
In this role you must be able to work within a confined space, and at height without restrictions. Due to harness weight limits, your maximum weight cannot be in excess of 113 kilograms and you will be expected to complete relevant occupational health checks.
