Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking a Works Manager to lead highways works on the HS2 framework from Southam. You will oversee site activities, manage Foremen and Supervisors, and coordinate client liaison and reporting.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, and experience on highways or HS2 projects within a main contracting environment. A long-term contract with a strong day-rate offer awaits the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certificate
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Experience as Senior General Foreman or Works Manager
• Experience on Highways projects
• HS2 project experience (preferred)

Works Manager-Southam-Outside IR35 & Long Term

One of our top clients in the Infrastructure sector are looking for a Works Manager to join their team working on Highways related works as part of the HS2 framework with specific works including Drainage, Paving and minor structures.

They seek a Works Manager who can oversee the site activities on these works with duties including overseeing the General Foremen and Supervisors, Client Liaison/Walkrounds, Allocation Sheets, Ordering Plant & Materials, Health & Safety and Reporting.

To be considered for this role you will hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and will be an experienced Senior GF or Works Manager who has worked on Highways and ideally HS2 projects within the Main Contracting environment.
