Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking a Works Manager for an HS2 project based in Southam. You will oversee construction phases, manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure delivery to safety, schedule and quality standards.

The right candidate will have civil engineering works experience in a works manager role with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. This is an ongoing contract with a competitive top day rate (Outside IR35!).

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification required.
• CSCS card required.
• First Aid certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction phases of the project.
• Manage site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and to required standards.
• Oversee health and safety, programme delivery and day-to-day site operations.
