Kier Group plc. is seeking a Works Manager for the Severn Trent Water Framework based in Warton, Tamworth, to oversee on-site operations on an £12m framework, delivering civil, mechanical and electrical works safely and to programme.
You will lead site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, ensure compliance with health and safety, quality standards and project documentation, and support planning and procurement of plant and equipment across the 18-month programme.

Working on our £12m framework scheme, you'll oversee on-site operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of construction activities. This exciting 18-month programme includes a diverse range of civil, mechanical and electrical works, comprising the construction of oxiboxes, a final settlement tank, and inlet works, alongside site-wide installations. You'll be the vital link between site teams, subcontractors, and senior management, ensuring that works are delivered to specification, quality standards, and programme requirements.
As a Works Manager, you'll be working within the AMP8 framework for Severn Trent Water team, supporting them in delivering high-quality construction projects safely and efficiently.
