Nuclear Restoration Services at Dounreay is seeking a Works Control Supervisor to join the Site Services team. You will oversee the safe execution of planned work, including issuing permits, ensuring environmental compliance and delivering high standards in a fast-paced site.
You will coordinate with facility, maintenance and project teams, plan scoping, hazard identification and risk mitigation, and monitor progress while applying STOP work where needed.

You will bring solid site experience and a strong understanding of safety management systems, ideally supported by CITB training. With a collaborative and flexible mindset, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining high standards. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to influence, challenge and support teams effectively, and you are committed to ongoing learning and professional development to meet the evolving demands of the role.
