Job summary

M&G is seeking a Workplace Solutions Project Manager to deliver office fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments and reconfigurations across the UK portfolio. You will manage projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring quality, scope and timelines are met.

The role requires strong governance, budget control and risk management, with emphasis on delivering a best-in-class colleague experience and compliant, safe environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace, facilities, property or corporate real estate projects.
• Strong project management capability including planning, scheduling and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of workplace and property projects, including fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments, moves and changes, and reconfigurations.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle—from concept to implementation, handover and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, governance, and reporting per M&G standards.
