Job summary

M&G is recruiting a Workplace Solutions Project Manager to lead office fit-outs, relocations and refurbishments across the UK. The role works with stakeholders, external partners and internal teams to deliver projects within scope, budget and timelines, ensuring compliance and successful change adoption.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality workplace environments, with emphasis on governance, risk control and operational readiness across the UK portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace, facilities or corporate real estate projects.
• Strong project management including planning, scheduling, governance and delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders with external partners.
• Commercial awareness including budget forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of workplace and property projects (fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments).
• Manage projects through full lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and governance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with governance, approvals, reporting and stage-gate controls.
• Coordinate teams, suppliers and contractors to achieve outcomes.
• Support business readiness and stakeholder adoption of new work environments.
